Pasture Raised Hog includes the cuts below:

Pork Chops
Pork Tenderloin
Boston Butt Roast


All weights are approximate as we won't know exact weight until it is back from the butcher. If you have a balance for extra pounds it is due at pick up. 

Cost is $4.00lb on the hang weight (60lbs) and a $50 butcher fee. 

1/4th Hog

  • Our pigs are a mix of Duroc, Hampshire, Yorkshire and Kunkune resulting in some of the best pork you will ever have. These pigs are pasture raised and grain supplemented with no antibiotics.
